Annual Town Home Owner Pest Inspection

All town home owners are required to contact Cooper Pest Control to schedule an inside termite inspection of your town home. The available dates for this are: November 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 22, 23 or 24. If you need dates outside of this window, please contact Cooper Pest Control for a more suitable time.

Please note:
If you do not have your town home inspected during this time frame, your HOA cannot be responsible for the repairs of any insect/termite damages.
