Please make sure that you and your guests are not parking on sidewalks in the neighborhood. Not only does it make it difficult for people to walk, but is is against city ordinances(Raleigh Ordinance 11-2171 (b) (1)).

 

Townhome owners please note that there shall be no parking on or near the grassy areas between the townhomes. It is difficult for your neighbors to drive through and exit driveways when vehicles are parked here. Parking for vistors should be along the city streets (any but Cottage Stone and Moss Garden Path).
