Somerset Place Community Association held its first community watch meeting in May 2008 with Officer Porter of the Raleigh Police Department in attendance. He gave us an overview of our neighborhood crime rates and the surrounding areas.

 

Overall, our neighborhood is in good shape as far as crime rates. We want to keep it that way. Officer porter suggested having another meeting to decide on block captains and plan our general community kickoff.
